2012 Reservations Being Accepted Now!
To make your reservations on any or all of the Discovery River Tours' Adventures for 2012, please fill out the registration form that follows. A deposit of $250 per person / per trip is required to guarantee your space. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made prior to 60 days before the trip's start date. See below for more information on our cancellation policy. You will receive an invoice for the remaining tour balance which will be due 30 days in advance of the trip. The fuel charge will be due on departure and will be calculated at current market price for that area. (For a more detailed explanation of our fuel charges, please see the notation at the bottom on the Tours page) Reservations should be made at least 60 days in advance of a trip but may be accepted up to 14 days before a tour date depending on availability. Tours are often subject to sell out status well in advance of the tour date. If you sign up for a tour that is full, we will notify you and you will be put on a Wait List in case there is a cancellation. Your deposit will not be charged until we are able to confirm your space on the tour. Approximately 5 weeks in advance of your tour, we will send you an information packet that will include suggested items to bring, directions to the start point, pre-trip lodging information, and a detailed daily itinerary.
The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made prior to 60 days before the trip. If you cancel your reservation 31 to 60 days before the trip, we will retain the $250 deposit, per person. If you cancel your reservation 10 to 30 days before the trip date, we will retain the $250 deposit plus a $250 cancellation fee, per person. If cancellation is made less than 10 days before the tour date, we will retain 35% of the tour cost plus a $250 cancellation fee, per person. The remaining balance of your payment(s) will be refunded in full. If a registered participant does not attend, and no cancellation was ever made and confirmed with DRT, this constitutes a "no-show" and will not qualify for any refund (other than fuel charge if paid in advance).
